§ 05Methodology

Five steps. In order.

From understanding the problem to optimising the deployed system. Each step has a clear output the next step depends on.

01 · Understand business challenges

Step 01 — Understand business challenges

Begin where the pain is.

Through a series of engaging, informal in-person workshops with the company's leadership teams, we collaboratively explore the organisation's most pressing business challenges, gaining a clear understanding of their root causes and strategic implications.

Together, we assess how these challenges impact overall business performance, including growth opportunities, operational efficiency, and people-related dynamics, to build a well-rounded view of where meaningful improvements can be made.

  • Root-cause analysis
  • Operating-model mapping
  • Shared problem statement

Every engagement is led by senior people with a defined area of expertise.

Have a specific problem in mind? Let's shape an engagement.

An initial advisory session is a 90-minute conversation. No slides, no commitment. We listen for the shape of the problem, then send back a written read of where AI can meaningfully help.
